Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order by filling out our easy to use form in .DOC (Microsoft Word) or .PDF (Adobe) format. Please refer to our Order page.

Note: Microsoft Word 97+ or Adobe Reader 6.0+ are required to open the order forms.

Q: How do you maintain accuracy?
A: We have an experienced staff in various disciplines to ensure the highest level of quality and a 3-level quality assurance program in place for mistake-free service.

Q: What deliverables will I receive once the project is complete?
A: Every project will receive at least the following and any additional add-ons (specified on order form):

- Autocad/ Microstation/Revit Files (.dwg, .dgn, .rvt)
- PDF Color copy
- PDF black&white copy
- TIF copy
- Plot style table.

Q: How long does it usually take to complete my project?
A: Depending on your project needs we offer many turnaround options. You can choose: Next Day, 3-Day, 5-Day, 10-Day, or 4-6 weeks. You can refer to our straight forward pricing breakdown for more details.

Q: Do you offer services for producing as-builts from redline or mark-up drawings?
A: Yes we do. We can use your plotted sheet that has been marked up OR a color copy. Your sheets should be marked up using RED INK = changes and BLUE INK= drafting instructions. You must also supply the original AutoCAD or Revit files that require are needed to product the as-builts. If you only have the marked up sheets then please choose from our Standard, Custom, Maps/Site services.

Q: What experience do you have?
A: We have many years of experience in the architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil disciplines. Our CAD operators typically hold atleast a 2-year degree or equivalent from an accredited college drafting program. To learn more about RDCadd you can check out our About Us page.

 

Q: Can I make changes to the project once it is started?
A: We will do our best to accomodate any changes that you may have. If you need to change the turnaround time, we ask that it not be earlier if possible.
